At CONDEMNED, we stand by the quality of our garments; if you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, you have 30 days from the delivery date to initiate a return or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare Package

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging with all tags attached, ensuring the garment is in unworn and unwashed condition.

• 3.
  Ship Items

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Receive Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the return, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
